40ft HC Used Container with mods (Damaged) (SOLD Pending payment 08/06/2023)

This is a 40’ High cube container that was damaged in a fire, and stored in our yard while an insurance claim was pending. It is now up for sale at a real bargain price for someone looking to do similar mods to a container.
Mods include:
Openings cut into the side
Separate small room with PA door at one end
2 small and 2 large window openings (one has glass, but they should be viewed as all need to be re-fitted)
Provision for Basic electrical and AC (Initially had AC and electrical, but was destroyed in the fire. The input point and AC recess box are still useable)
Currently has junk in it (as per pictures) that we will remove prior to sale.
